We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated HR Administrator to join us in any of our regional offices (Leeds, Manchester, Stockton-on-Tees or Birmingham). What you will be doing:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all general HR queries, managing the centralised HR inbox.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems including; inputting new starter information, administering employee data and and maintaining leaver records to enable accurate record keeping.
  • Production of HR related communications such as employment contracts, references, probation & leavers letters.
  • Supporting the administration of our employee benefits, liaising with providers and key contacts to maintain accurate membership data.
  • Build and maintain cross functional working relationships with the wider People Team, including Recruitment and HRBP, to ensure relevant and effective support is provided
  • Assist with collation of management reporting information and statistical information for reports as required.
  • Support the continual improvement of people team processes and provide suggestions for process development and system enhancements for efficiency.
  • Provide general administration tasks such as booking training courses.

Who we are looking for:

  • Ideally experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working in a HR Administration role.
  • Preferably working towards Level 3 CIPD.
