The new-look development, which was built on behalf of clients Lancashire County Council, features a stunning 11,700 sq. ft green garden area to the rear – providing a perfect space for relaxation and contemplation.

Detailed planning was crucial with this build, with the construction benefitting from a comprehensive remodel and major refurbishment of the interior.

Located on a gateway corner to the white rose city, the £10m structure is a workplace of the future and the original features of the 1990s have been propelled into the 21^st century.

GMI have really excelled with this build, which took 41 weeks to complete and to top it all off, the site includes a podium car park transformed into a landscape deck.
