Citylabs 4.0 is set to become home to even more global medtech, genomic and scientific organisations.

GMI started on site, working on behalf of Bruntwood Scitech, at Circle Square 3 towards the latter end of last year, delivering 287,000 sq ft of market leading sustainable office block, targeting Net Zero embodied carbon during construction, BREEAM Excellent status, a NABERS 5 Star rating and an EPC A rating.
