Standing proud is this state-of-the-art Net Zero warehouse in Litchfield on behalf of Fradley Park Industrial Ltd.
For more than 20 years GMI have worked with Fradley Park, delivering a product that exceeds expectations time and time again.
The £90 million development, which took 39 weeks to build, features over 407,000 sq. ft of warehouse space together with 30,000 sq. ft of offices.
That’s impressive. However, the most impressive statistic about this build is the fact that more than 700 people have already been recruited at the facility, with that number rising to 2,000 over the next three years in order to serve customers in the UK and across the world. That’s another example of levelling up in action as GMI powers the Midlands engine.
ASOS said it expects to ship over 30 million units in the site’s first year, and up to 4.5 million per week once the facility is fully operational and automation is complete.
It said it sees the facility meeting its goal of reaching £7 billion in annual revenue within the next three to four years.
