A first-class entertainment and leisure hub, changing the face of retail at Thorpe Park in Leeds.
The scheme provides over 160,000 sq ft of prime retail, 38,000 sq ft of restaurants, over 70,000 sq ft of leisure including a multiplex cinema, and over 900 parking spaces.
The development created a landmark site on a wider masterplan which includes business, retail and residential accommodation.
ODEON secured a 44,000 sq ft unit for a ten-screen cinema which is located adjacent to, and above the boulevard of restaurants within the leisure cluster.
The retail offering is anchored by Next, Boots, M&S Simply Food, TK Maxx and Outfit who all have major stores at the development.
Complex phasing was agreed to co-ordinate a gas main diversion and major civils work being carried out on adjacent plots.
The retail and leisure development continues our 20-plus year history of working at Thorpe Park where we have constructed everything.
