GMI teams up with Youth Friendly Employers

Youth Friendly Employers are businesses who REALLY put young people at the heart of what they do and so is GMI, having signed up to the initiative.

The Youth Friendly Employer framework gives GMI free additional resources to maximise the potential of the young people we engage with as employees, customers or other stakeholders.

As a result of registering, we have received a special accreditation. GMI can also boost its brand with an employer profile showcasing their business and job roles to the extensive network of young people using our skills and careers hub.

By being a Youth Friendly Employer, we agree to the following five principles:-
