James Smith

James started life at GMI as a Financial Controller and over the past 10 years, working his way to the top of our £450m turnover company. The Leeds man has overseen the rise of the business from a shed building expert to a delivery contractor which boasts a huge portfolio of mixed-use buildings. GMI has operated 37 years in the black and has delivered a profit for each and every one of those years.

He heads up a five strong finance team based at our regional office in Leeds.
