Richard Davies

Richard joined GMI back in September 2022 after a long spell with Tier 1 Balfour Beatty and Shaylor Group.

He is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in tender preparation, value engineering, helicopter operations, cost management, business development and commercial management. MCIOB and a HNC focused in Building Construction Technology from Birmingham City University. Richard has a commercial background with experience in projects ranging from small works to large PFI schemes across all forms of Contract. He has vast experience with many of the country’s leading frameworks.
