We completed the 422,000 sq ft distribution facility in Sunderland and home for Vantec Europe a number of years ago, and now we are set for the finish line on a huge site right next door.

Vantec Europe supply parts to Nissan and that scheme created over 250 jobs. Neighbour that exceptional job lies four sheds of some stature themselves. It’s the site where our #GMINorthEast site team have been working hard to now be in a very good position to finally unveil this logistics hub this Summer.

As you can see from our drone pictures, the 362,600 sq ft scheme is in it’s final stages.

Completion of our work on the Park will mean we will have build nearly 1m sq ft of logistical space in Tyne and Wear.

The North East construction project forms part of a £60m two-phased development designed to stimulate economic growth by supporting the needs of industrial, advanced manufacturing, storage, and distribution businesses in the area.
