Divisional Information Manager for #GMINorthWest, Ellie Miley, has received the Safety, Health and Environment Award for March 2023.
Having achieved such successful results with the launch of Work Wallet, this award is well deserved. After attending multiple training sessions with Work Wallet and with help from other members of the Information Management team, Ellie created all of the health and safety forms including permits, inspections and audits.
Work Wallet is now centrally controlled by the Information Management Team. Ellie has taken on the role of Work Wallet Captain, which allows her to provide access to internal GMI staff, create new projects, add subcontractors, and assist with training, in addition to supporting the Information Management Team.
The Information Management support page now has additional sections within the ticketing system for Work Wallet Support, Access, New Subbies, and New Projects. All tickets and issues raised through the ticketing system are compiled into a report fortnightly to ensure the system is running efficiently.
Commenting on Ellie’s award SHE Director David Perks said, “The collaboration across departments to introduce Work Wallet to the business has been superb. Ellie in particular has done a brilliant job getting the system set-up and running across the business. Well done to Ellie, it’s a well deserved award.”
