Site Manager

With a strong pipeline of work underway in the Midlands, we’re looking to appoint a Site Manager to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and programme delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Help ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress against the programme.
• Assist with quality inspections and snagging to ensure works meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a positive site culture and support effective communication across the team.

About You

• Industry relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS)
• Previous experience of working for a main contractor
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements within construction.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• A valid UK driving licence
