Trainee Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team and support the delivery of our projects across the Yorkshire region.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction sites while receiving structured training and support from experienced commercial professionals.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting in cost management and commercial reporting
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Supporting subcontractor procurement and package management
• Maintaining accurate cost records and documentation
• Attending site meetings and working closely with operational teams

You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the commercial function, helping you build a strong foundation for a long-term career in construction.

About You

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• A genuine interest in Quantity Surveying and construction
• Studying towards (or willing to study towards) a relevant qualification is desirable
